CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT:

Order once placed can only be cancelled by 9pm on the day before order delivery date (which is as per the order confirmation mail or as per updated date post any email exchanges). We do not accept cancellations after order processing as the veggies once shipped are not suitable for re-sale.


You can write to us on our customer support email ID- support@sharusfarm.com to request for a cancellation. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the refund initiated immediately. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 5-10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. Hence, would request for your patience for the refund to reflect in your bank accounts. If the mode of refund is by COD or e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.


REFUND FOR MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS

At Sharu Organic Farm, we do our absolute best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products and services. Although, in rare circumstances of our produce being defective, damaged or lost in transit, please promptly contact us on support@sharusfarm.com with photo evidence and details of the products. After investigation, we will notify you via e-mail/call within 24 hours whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect or missing item. If you are eligible, we will immediately initiate a refund for requisite amount or provide a voucher/wallet for future purchase.
